*this project is being done independently of, but with the cooperation of the Monster Factory* In 1983, 'Pretty Boy' Larry Shape and the "Nature Boy' Buddy Rogers opened up the first professional wrestling school that allowed anyone to come to train. In a tradition of what would become world class professional wrestlers, the first graduates included the late Bam Bam Bigelow, King Kong Bundy, and Tony Atlas. The success of Bam Bam Bigelow attracted a wide audience of future fans turned wrestlers that would include core ECW Members Raven, Chris Candido, and the Pitbulls. As time would go on, the notoriety of the Monster Factory would only grow as others made it 'The Dance' that would include a roster anyone would spend big money to have on their roster in wrestlers such as: The Godfather, 'The Big Show' Paul Wight, Matt Riddle, Sheamus, and more. In 2011, current owner, Coach Danny Cage bought the legendary Monster Factory and expanded the scope and vision of the school. In that time the school has been featured on major shows and networks, dozens of graduates have moved on to AEW, WWE, NJPW, and more. As time goes on and professional wrestling continues to evolve, Coach Danny Cage has an eye on the future. He continues to expand, innovate, and encourage his students to become not only the best worker they can but the best humans they can.
